We endeavour to use the most comprehensive framework of conflict resolution which seeks to transform the destructive consequences arising from unresolved conflicts into opportunities for improving relationships and social structures by undertaking a deeper analysis of both latent & open conflicts and addressing the root causes of the conflicts towards lasting peace, safety, security, and stability in Kenya.

Muslim Association Nakuru plays a crucial role in addressing the environmental challenges facing the community. Environmental conservation interventions can have a significant impact on preserving natural habitats, protecting endangered species, and promoting sustainable development. This interventions outlines the importance of Climate Change interventions and strategies for effective programming:

  1. Habitat Restoration: Restore natural habitats, such as forests, wetlands, and Lakes, to support biodiversity.
  2. Sustainable Agriculture: Promote community sustainable agricultural practices, such as permaculture, organic farming, and agroforestry.
  3. Waste Reduction and Recycling: Implement waste reduction and recycling programs to reduce waste disposal and promote a circular economy.
  4. Education and Awareness: Educate communities about environmental conservation through workshops, awareness campaigns, and community outreach.
  5. Research and Monitoring: Conduct research and monitoring programs to track environmental changes, identify threats, and inform community awareness efforts.
